Thanks, Kathy! As I mentioned, it was a difficult move for me, as I tend to be a skeptic when it comes to that kind of “social proof” (especially in the days of PhotoChop!).

But I’m glad I did show the results–it seems to have helped get some otherwise “fearful” writers I’ve been connecting with out of their comfort zones and into the world!

That’s a good point as well, S.K., and I did have some issues with that back in the day–I wrote this post to really hammer home the idea of “getting out of your comfort zone” and getting out into the world with your already great content!

I agree – be “everywhere” or being ubiquitous can actually be a more challenging task than writing itself. What is unfortunate is that sometimes people would neglect their own writing and are “everywhere”…except on their blog(s).
